1. Handmade Screen Printed T-Shirts: Our t-shirts have been handmade screen printed since 2004, and we consider them works of art.

2. Shipping: We use a postal service with tracking numbers to send out items. Delivery times may vary, and packages typically arrive within 4 weeks, although it can sometimes take longer.

3. Package Tracking and Delivery: We will track each package and make every effort to ensure that it reaches its destination. However, we are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

4. Refunds and Exchanges: If an item is sent back to us in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition, we will refund or exchange the item. Refunds will be issued once the item reaches our headquarters address. We will only refund or exchange items that were incorrectly sent, such as the wrong color or size, and that comply with our return policy. The customer will receive a refund via PayPal within 30 days.

5. Order Processing Time: We typically ship out orders between 3-6 business days from the time of purchase.

6. Worldwide Shipping: Packages will be sent via a postal service with a tracking number. Delivery times for international shipping can range from 2-12 weeks.

7. Out of Stock Items: If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly via email deetroittt@gmail.com to prevent any delays in shipping the item to your address.

8. Responsibility for Lost Packages: Once a tracked and registered package leaves our headquarters, the purchase is considered complete. We are not responsible for any lost packages. In the event of a lost package, the customer must contact their local postal service and seek information from their postal service's support team.

9. Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal and credit card services. The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring the security of their payment details.

10. Additional Fees: We will not be responsible for any extra fees imposed by the destination country's postal service, such as handling or pick-up fees, once the package has been shipped from our headquarters to its destination.
